Please enact the petition to protect my rights.  Further restrictions on my rights for self defense will not make me or "others" safer.  Criminals  prey on citizens everywhere.  No where is free of  crime.  The police have no responsibility to protect me or my family. So the only way for me to protect myself and family is to have the tools (weapons).  Criminals will take weapons into "gun free zones" and creating more "gun free zones" will not enhance security.
