Any efforts to fight climate change are welcome news, especially when we can't count on leadership from the federal government.  As a father, I worry about the life my kids will have if we don't take action now to avert the worst of the damage from climate change.  We are already woefully overdue for substantial action to be taken, and this would be an important first step for the state of Virginia to reduce carbon emissions and slow the rate of climate change.  I support this initiative wholeheartedly.
