There are numerous cases of innocent persons being attacked in State and National Parks not just by rabid raccoons but by gang members and demented, armed criminals.  The right to keep and BEAR arms shall NOT be infringed.  Concealed carry by permitted, trained citizens should be allowed everywhere.  An armed society is a polite society is true.  Considering the state of gangs like MS 13 and Islamic-fascist-terrorism, I would rather be armed 24/7.  I refuse to be a victim.
