Permit holders have undergone a thorough background check and are trained how and when to use firearms.  There is no reason to forbid a Virginia CCW permit holder from carrying a firearm in a Virginia State Forest.  Reciprocal agreements with other states should apply.

Request the Virginia State Forest regulation be changed in accordance with the petition.
