There is no sound reason for denying the citizens of Virginia the exercise of rights they enjoy in most other parts of the state, simply because they are in a state forest.  The threat of criminal violence is not reduced simply because we are out in the woods, and our abilities to resist such assaults should also not be diminished in such places.
