Please eliminate the arbitrary limitations on our Constitutional rights.  The idea that we "have no reason to need guns in a State Forest," is quite simply not germane.  The point is that the Constitution guarantees us the right to keep and bear arms, and only in specific circumstances where that practice would result in unnecessary potential for harm should that right be constrained.  There is no reason to restrict our rights in State Forests, so this should be enacted now.
