Ignorance breeds fear.  Those that do not have a permit to carry or any weapons do not understand anything about weapons.  So they fear weapons and anybody that has one.  Law abiding citizens are not your enemy.  Criminals will flock to the parks becasue they know nobody has a weapon.  They prefer unarmed victims.  Lets keep the parks safe and the criminals guessing.  There are not phones every 10 feet to call 911 if you are in trouble.  This is common sense to allow law abiding citizens to protect themselves and families.
