The Virginia Citizen's Homeland Security Association is a citizen's association that encourages private citizens to accept homeland security as one of their responsibitlities as U.S. citizens. We understand that men in suits in Washington D.C. can not protect us from crime and terrorism, so we work hard prepare to meet these challenges on our own.
