Help keep Virginia law consistent.  We already have the right to carry in the Commonwealth virtually everywhere.  The rationale for carrying in a state park is the same for carrying in a Walmart.  Bad people don't discriminate where they find their victims.  Let's use some common sense and try to keep the law uniform.
