Virginia is a wonderful Commonwealth, where citizens enjoy their constitutional rights.  The one that is not being honored is the right to open, or conceal carry in our Federal and State Forest.  The world has changed and I would think we would be as welcome there as we are in movie theaters.  We are law-abiding citizens who cherish the law and will hold it with honor.  Please enact this bill.
