I believe that an individual with a Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) should be allowed to carry anywhere it can be permited.  A certified and trained CHP holder can assist in making the parks safer for everyone.  It is not necessary that everyone be armed, The fact that criminals will not know who is and who is not armed will cause them to reconsider criminal activity in the parks.  If parks are "gun free" there would be "easy pickins" for those of a criminal bent.
