It is rediculous to find that we the public need to even have this comment period regarding our right to carry a side arm, concealed or not, on our own tax payer paid for land! Recind the restriction and do what is right for all citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia! For those who oppose the change, you have nothing to fear from law abiding citizens. In fact one of those citizens may be able to save your life should you be in a park and are confronted by the criminal element. What harm could possibly come from allowing a citizen, who can legally carry open on the street, also carry in a park? Use your heads! That is what we, the tax payers, pay you to do!
