Yes, Citizens with a Permit for Concealed Carry have passed a class, an FBI background check, have approval of a Judge, and the State Police, and are knowledgeable regarding gun safety. If a person may be in public carrying a handgun, I would feel safer knowing that such a person is carrying a handgun in the forests. Being able to have a defense against a rabid animal would be a blessing.

   Please enact this legislation to make it possible.
