Concealed carry is legal anywhere in the Commonwealth for those with a permit.

Open carry is legal anywhere in the Commonwealth.

Why should State Parks be excluded from laws that are in effect in every municipality in the Commonwealth.  Laws are simply rules for the law abiding citizen.  A criminal recognizes no rules.
