8VAC20-543-30. Application for new education endorsement programs.

Applications for NEW endorsements should be submitted and processed prior to revisions of existing endorsements. 

As new regulations for approved programs are implemented, revisions of existing endorsements should not require matrices and other items that are submitted for NEW endorsements.  If program revisions are made to comply with the new regulations, institutions should submit a rationale for revision(s) and a degree plan listing all courses.  Program revisions for existing programs should be submitted with the next Biennial Report.
