Absolutley Allow The Lawful carry of Handguns in  State Forests! Criminals are everywhere and their have been plenty of Rapes and Muders that have been committed in State Forests that could have been Prevented if Law Abiding Citizens were allowed to carry Hanguns while Hiking,etc.
