I'm FOR enacting this rule change to ALLOW handgun carry in VA Forests, whether by CHP holders, or non-CHP holders. Also, both open- and concealed-carry should be allowed. All law-abiding citizens able tp carry in the rest of the Commonwealth should be allowed to exercise their rights in VA Forests, with no further restrictions. It makes no sense to disarm people in forests where rabid animals, and predatory criminals have been known to exist.
