As a citizen of the Commonwealth I strongly urge that this petition be enacted.  As a law-abiding citizen I should be able to lawfully carry my handgun concealed  or openly in a state forest.  There is no way a crime could be prevented by disallowing law-abiding citizens from carrying their handguns.  Our rights should not end by entering a state forest.
