I show every year in VA and come from a TB  and Brucellosis and Blue Tongue free state and would love to see the regulations changed to only needing a Vet health Certificate.  i would probably come to more VA shows if that were the case.  Sure wish PA would do the same.  It only makes sense!!  Thanks for listening
