Unnecessary Regulation

We have been raising llamas in Virginia since 1986. We have never had a disease on the farm. Llamas are amazingly healthy and disease resistant. I can think of nothing they carry under any normal circumstance. The rules as they exist now  negatively affect all breeders in the state at a time when we are all struggling to stay solvent.
