This needs to be changed!  I appreciate when organizations/government tries to protect those involved.  However, this is unnecessary.  It is an additional expense to my farm and unnecessary stress on my animal!  I would visit Virginia and go to llama shows up to 3 times a year if this was changed. I also know several farms that would follow!   In turn this would bring tourism money into Virginia from surrounding states.  States to the south and southwest have changed this requirement and Virginia needs to follow.  Thank you for your time and consideration of this matter
