Description This regulation requires that transportation plans, programs, and projects conform to state air quality implementation plans (SIPs) and establishes the criteria and procedures for determining whether or not they do.
State Authority Section 10.1-1308 of the Code of Virginia
Federal Authority Section 176(c) of the federal Clean Air Act
Exempt from APA Yes, changes to this chapter of the VA Administrative Code are exempt from the Administrative Process Act. The normal executive branch review process is not required.
