| Action Summary |
The 2012 General Assembly, in §10.1-104.2:1 of the Code of Virginia, directed the Department to adopt regulations that amend turf fertilizer application rates in the Virginia Nutrient Management Standards and Criteria, which is a document incorporated by reference in 4VAC5-15 et seq. Section 10.1-104.2:1 of the Code further requires that the adoption of these regulatory changes “shall follow a fast-track regulatory process” and “shall be adopted no later than July 1, 2014.” |
