Action Summary The action will amend the antidegradation policy of the Water Quality Standards by designating Lake Drummond and portions of Brown Mountain Creek, Laurel Fork, North Fork of the Buffalo River, Pedlar River, Ramseys Draft and Whitetop Laurel Creek as Exceptional Waters.
