Guidance Document Change: The Model Policies for the Treatment of Transgender Students in Virginia’s Public Schools guidance document was developed in response to House Bill 145 and Senate Bill 161, enacted by the 2020 Virginia General Assembly, which directed the Virginia Department of Education to develop and make available to each school board model policies concerning the treatment of transgender students in public elementary and secondary schools. These guidelines address common issues regarding transgender students in accordance with evidence-based best practices and include information, guidance, procedures, and standards relating to: compliance with applicable nondiscrimination laws; maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment free from discrimination and harassment for all students; prevention of and response to bullying and harassment; maintenance of student records; identification of students; protection of student privacy and the confidentiality of sensitive information; enforcement of sex-based dress codes; and student participation in sex-specific school activities, events, and use of school facilities.

OPPOSED!

I am totally opposed to this insanity! All of you who proposed this load ought to be fired immediately! This is criminal. These are children! Children!! Their brains are not fully developed and yet you and your ilk want to force this liberal insanity on them and society. You are supposed to be the Department of EDUCATION, not INDOCTRINATION!

Least you forget, there are six biological sex karyotypes that do not result in death to the fetus...PERIOD. They are:

X – Female - Turner’s Syndrome (infertile)

XX – Female

XXY – Male - Klinefelter's Syndrome (infertile)

XY – Male

XYY – Male - Jacob's Syndrome

XXXY – Male (infertile)

Conversely, there are three phenotypes:

1. Male

2. Female

3. Other (i.e., biological anomalies)

Everything else is made up liberal B.S.! Men (and boys) who think they are women (or girls), and women (and girls) who think they are men (or boys) are mentally ill and need treatment, as opposed to social integration. You should not be about foisting this tripe on our children, families, and communities. Shame on ALL of you!
