In the aspect of gender identity, one should be obviously able to identify in one single observation regarding the specific identity of an individual's gender. This observation is made by a medical professional upon observation while in utero. Facts are based upon the observatory results based upon visual factual evidence in aspect of all things.

Emotionally, if one certain gender cannot gather the evidence obviously endowed at birth and prior to birth. Then next should be questioned is the mental state of the the individual's obvious delusion and denial thereof.

The parents should be fully capable of teaching their own children how to properly understand subject matter regaurding sex, nature, and reproduction.
