It is not fair to disqualify someone solely based on that facts that their experiences educationally are not child related although their real life experiences may be extremely significant in the educational field. It is unfair and discouraging to disregard someone’s efforts and accomplishments they may have achieved through their years of childcare experience just because they may not have an educational degree.
