Over the past year we have tried to remain compliant with this rule. It is not possible to have 100% of all staff CPR certified withing 30 days of hire. Also, we have certified dozens of staff who are no longer with the center. We feel the rule should be 100% trained and 50% certified in CPR/FA within 90 days of hire.
