I am a private citizen deeply concerned about the effects of global warming on present and future generations. Now that the Federal Government, led by the greed and ignorance of climate-change deniers, has abdicated responsibility for addressing this life-threatening issue, it is imperative that local leadership exert all reasonable effort to live up to the intent of the Paris Climate Accord. Please make this a foundation of regulatory action in VA to limit carbon emissions in every way posssible.
