Despite the pernicious denial and lies of the Trump regime, scientists worldwide have established beyond any reasonable doubt that excess CO2 from fossil fuels are destabilizing our global climate, threatening our common future on this planet.  Therefore, we need to take regulatory action immediately to cap carbon emissions on all public utilities in Virginia, so that we can become part of the solution, rather than part of the imminent threat of climate destabilization and run-away global heating that threatens all future generations.
