the phrase in the 2nd amendmant ....this right SHALL not be infringed apon .........

the word SHALL  is the strongest word in the legal vocabulary .... any lawyer  or law maker that ignores this word runs the risk or creating a legal mess , when ALL laws of our land come under question because the LAW MAKERS CHOOSE TO IGNORE SHALL... 

Because Kng Macaliff has choosen to ignore SHALL it is now my choice  to IGNORE any and all laws I choose to, and make a legal challange in court based on King Macaliffs persatence . 

so maybe this agrument is not so much about the 2nd ammendmant but keeping order in the pratice of law ,,,,,if the King ignores the law so  SHALL I !!!!
