This regulation serves no purpose. It is disarming the most lawabiding group of citizens in the state under the guise of increasing safety. This will do the opposite. It will create new "gun free" zones that leave people vulnerable to attacks by people who could careless about breaking a silly regulation when carrying out mass murder. This regulation is an affront to the Virginia Constitution Article 1 Section 13, and the 2nd Ammendment to the US Constitution.
