I oppose this action.  The governor is a citizen of the state serving fellow citizens.  Our government should not be able to carve out exemptions to the entirety of the citizenry's rights without just cause.  We are a free people and freedom can be scary at times.  Acting out of fear is not responsible leadership, it is the act of a coward pandering to the electorates worst fears.
