The purpose of concealed carry is to protect oneself from criminals with firearms. Criminals don't take the time to go through the permit process to carry a concealed weapon, law abiding citezens do and should not be restricted to carry anywhere except private property. This should give you enough information to know that people that are licensed to carry concealed should not be restricted to carrying on public property. Public property is just that, public property, and this discriminates against some people who wish to carry. It's nothing more than discriminating against people with long hair and beards because you believe them to be a menace to the public, which they clearly are not.
