I Strongly OPPOSE this regulation as unconstitutional and dangerous!

I agree with all of the state employees that work in state agency buildings and strongly oppose banning lawfully carried firearms in state agency buildings.  Look no further than the fact that all employees and elected officials working within state agency buildings require by law and regulation that security and police officers armed with lawfully carried firearms protect them on a 24 X 7 basis.  Additionally, this ban is unconstitutional as it plainly violates the Second Amendment protections of all citizens by infringing upon the right of the people to keep and bear Arms.  There is no clause in the Second Amendment allowing violation of the peoples right by some elected official that is supposed to be legally bound to protect the rights of the people in accordance with the limits placed upon the federal and state governments power as outlined in the US Constitution.

As a US citizen endowed by my Creator with certain unalienable rights, I propose that the Governor and all other would-be tyrants immediately disarm the police and security personnel that we tax payers pay to protect them and their families before trying to illegally disarm the law abiding citizens of Virginia. Why should citizens lives be worth less than the state officials?
