There have been 0 issues of legal concealed carriers in Virginia carrying firearms in government buildings.  Criminals attack in gun free zones.  Issuing Executive Orders or Laws that ban legal carry opens another venue for criminals to attack the then helpless sheep-citizens who have no means to defend themselves.  Your attempt to legislate a self defense problem is not wise leadership.
