As a VA resident for 47 years and one who lost loved ones on 9/11 and empathizes w/ those who've lost loved ones to gun violence , I cannot understand why this EO is not already in place!  Common sense alone should motivate our political leadership to support and implement this EI!  Whatever additional costs it may carry to enforce are more than worth it
