I am opposed to the Governor's regulation.  Concealed carry permit holders are among the most law abiding citizens, and safety guardians, in the State.  The Governor has failed to provide any evidence to the contrary.  He has failed, therefore, to make the case for this regulation, and it must be allowed to expire.  The VA law enforcement community supports the presence of concealed carry permit holders.
