So the Democratic Governor wants to force law abiding Concealed Carry Permit holders to leave their sidearms in a locked car -- where they could be stolen by criminals and used against fellow citizens rather than allow them to carry the sidearms into a Govt Building.

Please provide the rational for this?  You, Governor, allow your law abiding Police Body Guards to carry their sidearms in these buildings.  Why can we?
