I oppose this regulation. People are statistically less safe in gun free zones. This regulation should be tossed into the trash and should never even been institued as an emergency regulation. The Govenor is trying to create a problem where none has existed. What was the emergency? Licensed concealed permit holders are the most law-abiding group of citizens in the Virginia Commonwealth. l respectfully ask you to eliminate this regulation and not make it a part of Virginia's laws.
