Dear Sir/Madam,

Despite being physically grown up, young adults are just ramping up their level of mental (EQ) resonsibility when it comes to big ticket items.  We regularly see mishaps on a whole host of things involving rape, car crashes, drugs, alcohol etc.  Now we want to add guns to the mix?  I imagine there would have to be numerous studies showing just how bad this idea is.  When little kids are on the playground and one bully hacking away with a big stick...do we actively equipt all the other kids with a stick, or do we cousel the bully?
