This regulation will make VA executive department building less safe, in fact, it will make these areas defenseless victim zones.  It is against both the US and VA constitutions!!  The Governor has no authority to dictate this regulation.  It is also worth mentioning that people with a concealed carry permit are 7 times more law abiding than the Police, let alone the average citizen.  The proposed regulation should be thrown in the ash heap of history along with the rest of the worlds tyrants dictates.
