Law abiding citizens should retain the right of self-defense wherever they are.

Regulations banning the lawful carrying of defensive handguns in these buildings serve no purpose but to put the law abiding citizen in harm's way without a means of defense. Good people should be allowed the means to protect themselves. Any regulation that limits a right of self-defense is bad and should be removed entirely. While the intention to keep people safe is admirable, we know that laws do nothing to stop criminals. Regulations only stop law abiding citizens from being able to defend their lives.
