100% SUPPORT FOR INFORMING PARENTS OF SEXUALLY ORIENTED/SENSITIVE MATERIAL

According to VA law, it is a fundamental right of parents to direct the upbringing, education and care of their children. This includes having the perogative to withdraw their child from being exposed to sexually oriented material. Children, like the teenagers in Fairfax County,  should not be forced to read or have to listen to books about beastiality, incest, molestation, masturbation, homosexuality, sodomy and rape.  It serves no purpose other than to corrupt the minds of young people and desensitize them.

What happened, Board of Education, to reading the great classics where character and virtue are taught?  Why the obsession with pushing SEX onto our children?

Please support this measure to inform parents AND give them ample time to remove the child once notified.
