I am submitting this comment in strong opposition to Guidance Document DEQ-8407. The proposed changes would reduce oversight in areas directly tied to pollutant exposure, hazardous waste management, and diesel-related emissions.  The Data center industry already remains largely unchecked and impact to public health and our environment is devastating.  I know first hand the impact these diesel engines had due to one data center running it next to our local park - my asthma acted up all day.
