Data Center and Diesel generators

We should not allow Data Centers to use diesel generators, especially if it is not an absolute emergency situation. Diesel generators are bad for our environment and our air. Data centers are a serious threat to our ecosystem. Do not amend the rule to allow data centers to use diesel generators outside of emergencies.
