Do not broaden rules protecting citizens from data center pollution.

The proposed legislation is a bad idea and antithetical to the DEQ purpose to protect and enhance the environment of Virginia in order to promote the health and well-being of the Commonwealth's citizens, residents, and visitors. Diesel generator emissions regulation must be tighter, not looser.
