I absolutely oppose tier 1 and 2 changes. Why are you not considering tier 4 if you have to to protect our public health?! And since the data centers are already endangering so many things to our county life?!! I thought the DEQ mission was to protect and enhance our environment but once again this change will further endanger it, please stop!!!!
