Withdraw DEQ-8407 from consideration

I am writing to urge you to withdraw DEQ-8407 from consideration. I am strongly opposed to allowing data centers to operate diesel generators for planned outages. I reside in Stafford County, which is home to a number of data centers in progress. Stafford, as are many localities in the Commonwealth, is in a CMAQ non-attainment area. Allowing increased use of large scale diesel genenerators will only increase emissions, a direct contraindication for those localities in non-attainment areas.
