Build more nuclear power plants INSTEAD OF WINDMILLS.  Any down time for a data center creates multiple NIST RMF security risks including National Security. Mother Earth takes care of itself. America has the cleanest energy.  Never should have stopped building Nuclear and hydroelectric power. France currently operates 18 nuclear power plants, housing a total of 56 reactors as of late 2025. These plants generate approximately 70% of the country's electricity, making France the world's largest producer of nuclear power by share of electricity mix.
